Perfume notes percentage is a term used to describe the percentage of different ingredients in a perfume. Perfume notes can be broken down into top, middle, and base notes. The top note is the first smell that you will experience when you apply the perfume. The middle note is what you will smell once it has been on your skin for some time. And the base note is what you smell after it has been on your skin for a while. Reference: perfume notes percentage.
